* Mr Ow Chio Kiat is deemed to have an interest in the shares owned by (a) his spouse, Madam Lim Siew Feng (166,000 shares); (b) Hai Sun Hup Group Pte Ltd (12,400,000 shares); and (c) Maritime Properties Pte Ltd (9,776,000 shares).

PUBLIC FLOAT

Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited requires that at least 10% of the total number of issued shares (excluding preference shares and convertible equity securities) of a listed company in a class that is listed is at all times held by the public. Based on information available to the Company as at 17 June 2011, approximately 56.88 % of the issued ordinary shares of the Company was held by the public and therefore, Rule 723 of the Listing Manual has been complied with.
