Reconstitution Of Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of STAMFORD LAND CORPORATION LIMITED (the "Company") wishes to announce that in compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance 2005, Mr Bobby Chin Yoke Choong has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee in place of Mr Ow Chio Kiat.

The new composition of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 25 May 2007 is as follows:-

Chairman : Wong Hung Khim (Independent and Non-Executive Director)
Member : Harold Foo Chee Hiang (Independent and Non-Executive Director)
Member : Bobby Chin Yoke Choong (Independent and Non-Executive Director)
