ANNUAL REPORT 2014/2015
On the Food & Beverage front, our year-old Argentinian Grill concept
“La Boca” continues to be profitable as an independently operated
entity and win accolades, a fairly remarkable feat, uncommon among
hotel-run restaurants. To capitalise on this success, the group will be
rolling out more outlets in Sydney and subsequently Melbourne in
the coming year.
