The Board of Directors of Stamford Land Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mrs Claire Nazar has been appointed as joint company secretary of the Company with effect from 3 June 2008.
Ms Teo Lay Eng and Mrs Claire Nazar shall henceforth be the Secretaries of the Company.
