The Company adopts a remuneration policy for staff comprising a fxed component and a
variable component. The fxed component is in the form of a base salary and allowances.
The variable component is in the form of a variable bonus that is linked to the Company and
each individual’s performance.
In addition, employees of the Group are eligible to participate in the Share Option Plan and
Performance Share Plan. Additional information on both plans are set out in the Directors’
Report.
