MR OW CHIO KIAT (Executive Chairman)

Mr Ow is the Executive Chairman of Stamford Land Corporation Ltd ("SLC"). He is also the Executive Chairman of Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited ("SSC"), which is listed on the SGX-ST. Mr Ow holds directorships in most of SLC's and SSC's subsidiaries.

In 2009, Mr Ow was named Businessman of the Year at the Singapore Business Awards which was jointly organised by The Business Times and DHL. In 2012, he was awarded Honorary Officer in the Order of Australia by the Commonwealth of Australia in recognition of his distinguished service towards the development of commercial relations and identifying business opportunities between Australia and Singapore.

Mr Ow is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and also Singapore's non-resident Ambassador to the Italian Republic.

MR OW CHEO GUAN (Executive Deputy Chairman)

Mr Ow is the Executive Deputy Chairman of SLC. He is also the Executive Deputy Chairman of SSC and holds directorships in most of SLC's and SSC's subsidiaries.

Mr Ow is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and is the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Singapore.

MR OW YEW HENG (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr Ow is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of SLC.

As the CEO, Mr Ow is in charge of the overall management of the Group's businesses, including the areas of strategic development, operations, marketing communications, finance and human resources. Mr Ow is also involved in the evaluation of new business opportunities for the Group, including feasibility studies on potential developments, investments and transactions.

Mr Ow, son of the Group's Executive Chairman, is also Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of SSC.


Mr Vaile was Australia's Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the Federal National Party from June 2005 to November 2007. As Australia's Minister for Trade from July 1999 to September 2006, Mr Vaile was responsible for negotiating Australia's free trade agreements with the United States, Singapore and Thailand and led Australia's drive to free up global trade through the World Trade Organization. Mr Vaile has also held the ministerial portfolios of Transport and Regional Development (twice) and Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (1998-1999).

Mr Vaile, who served as an elected member of the Australian Parliament since 1993, retired from political life in July 2008 to pursue a career in the private sector. In recognition of his distinguished service during his political career (including the successful pursuant of global trade and investment opportunities), the Commonwealth of Australia awarded Mr Vaile the Order of Australia in 2012.

Mr Vaile is the Chairman of Palisade Investment Partners Limited, the Non-Executive Chairman of Whitehaven Coal Limited and the Non- Executive Director of Servcorp Limited. He also holds directorship in Virgin Blue Holdings Limited (Listed on Australian Securities Exchange). He is also a director on the Board of Trustees of HostPlus Superfund.


Mr Lim is currently a Partner, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP.

Mr Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and a Master of Science (Applied Finance) degree from the Nanyang Technological University in 2006. He has been admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 1999 and is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

Mr Lim is currently an independent director of TEE Land Limited, UG Healthcare Corporation Limited, Kimly Limited and Choo Chiang Holdings Ltd.

Benjamin Goh Shao Lian

Benjamin Goh, CFA is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore's fifth autonomous university. While waiting to start on his PhD, Benjamin teaches a variety of finance courses specialising in business valuation, derivatives and investment analysis.

Before joining SIT, Benjamin was the Market Strategist for CIMB Research where he provided analysis and insight on market moving events, the global macroeconomic environment, assets allocation and individual securities. Benjamin had been interviewed on Channel News Asia's First Look Asia, Business Times and provided market commentary on 938 Live every week Monday to Thursday. Prior to that role, Benjamin was a fund manager with CIMB's Discretionary Investment Unit.

In his previous roles, Benjamin has held a number of diverse roles in JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Deloitte Consulting and Hewlett Packard.

Benjamin sits on the CFA Society of Singapore's University Outreach and IBF Standards Review Committees and the Singapore Exchange's Advisory Committee for IBF Standards. Benjamin received his Masters in Finance from the ICMA Centre, United Kingdom, in 2002 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2001.
